Moplah riot of 1921 anything was practised from arson to conversion to pregnant women being cut into pieces

In the course of the Moplah riot of 1921 anything was practised from arson to conversion to pregnant women being cut into pieces with unborn babies protruding from the mothers' corpses. Smt Annie Besant, the Irish lady, and the 1913 president of the Congress, after her
visit to Malabar, exhorted Gandhiji to see for himself the ghastly horrors. Since 9/11, Islamic terrorists have perpetrated any numbers of blasts and explosions. On record since October 2001 are 13 bomb blasts in the different cities of India from New Delhi in the north,
to Bangalore in the south, to Gandhi Nagar in the west to Guwahati in the east. The terrorists could well be misguided youth but what is particularly disturbing is that hardly ever does a responsible Muslim leader condemn the barbaric action. Nor does he apologize for any of
them. For the people of India, that is rubbing salt by the Muslim elite on the wounds inflicted by their misguided fellow religionists.
A time has come when the major crimes of Islamists are enumerated and Muslim leaders are confronted with them along with a demand for their apology. There are nine mega crimes for which apologies are called for.
The governments in India have taken the boycott of vande mataram lightly although, in effect, the Muslims refusing to participate is an insult to the nation. Vande mataram was the song of the Independence movement and would have been the national anthem but for Jawaharlal
Nehru's weakness for Muslim prejudices, Jana gana mana was therefore chosen although it was originally written as a tribute to King George V.
Over the decades, Hindu Muslim riots were mostly started by the latter. If this were not so, why have there not been Hindu Christian riots even in districts where the latter are dominant as in Nagarcoil? Until the political advent of the British, the communal equation was
so loaded that the Muslims felt secure. Once the Muslims were also reduced to subject status, their insecurity began the corollary of which were riots. In the course of the Moplah riot of 1921 anything was practiced from arson to conversion to pregnant women being cut into pieces with unborn babies protruding from the mothers' corpses. Smt Annie Besant, the Irish lady and the 1913 president of the Congress, after her visit to Malabar, exhorted Gandhiji to see for
himself the ghastly horrors, which had been created by his beloved brothers, Mohammad and Shaukat Ali.
The success of an Islamic expedition to non-Muslim land was also judged on the basis of the number of slaves made and sold. But for the late Dr K.S. Lal who wrote his magnum opus Legacy of Muslim Rule in
India and Muslim Slave System in Medieval India, this aspect of Muslim
atrocity might have been completely forgotten. It began with the
despatch of Parimal Devi and Suraj Devi, the two daughters of Raja
Dahir to the harem of the Caliph, soon after he was defeated by
Muhammad bin Qasim in 712 D. This was carried forward by Muhammad
Ghauri, Khilji and Tughlaq. Even Emperor Jehangir traded in this
export business.
The imposition of jazia on the Hindus on the excuse of protecting
their life and property is legendary. The object of protection was
called a zimmi. The subject was dealt at length by Dr P. Saran in his
book Studies in Medieval Indian History whose introduction was written
by Prof. Mohammad Habib. The purpose of jazia was three fold: to raise
money for the state, to impoverish the Hindu and to remind him that he
was an inferior subject.
London could not persuade either the Congress Party or the Muslim
League to accept the 1946 Cabinet Mission plan of a loose federation
to be created in the wake of the British departure from India. It was
equally clear that the Muslim League could not dominate the all India
political scene, nor could Mohammed Ali Jinnah be the prime minister
of an undivided India. If therefore, he had to be the head of the
government or the state; Partition of the country was essential. The
surest way to precipitate Partition, in the wisdom of the League led
by Jinnah, was to engineer riots. They would frighten the Hindus into
realising that it would be wise of them to let go the Muslim League
dominated areas into Pakistan. The riots would demonstrate to the
British that the Hindus and the Muslims were incompatible co-citizens.
They had to be allowed to go their separate ways.
The Muslim League Supreme Council met in Bombay and on July 29
declared for "Direct Action", August 16 was fixed as the day for the
initiation of the movement. Fiery speeches containing thinly veiled
threats of Civil War and drastic action against "Quislings" followed.
The League Press and the League spokesmen started a tirade against the
Congress in particular and Hindus in general in Calcutta, the League
papers started stepping up their programme of incitement causing great
apprehension amongst all national circles.
The uneasy dawn of the 16th found large bands of "processionists"
armed with long sticks, iron rods, bludgeons and sharp weapons
parading the city all over with League flags. Any shop that was even
partially open was immediately stoned and the shopkeepers belabored.
Vehicular traffic was forcibly stopped and the passengers beaten up.
Sikh taxi-drivers were a special target and even lone cyclists did not
escape. Any resistance merely increased the fury of the "peaceful
processionists," looted shops, cracked heads and stab-wounds being the
reply given to protests or remonstrance's. Police were significantly
inactive; indeed the city was totally innocent of police protection.
Soon the city was ablaze from North to South and from East to West.
The telephone wires were jammed with frantic appeals for police-aid
from Hindus of all sections of the city, but these appeals were
disregarded in toto. Even where by chance there were some police, they
seldom did lift a finger, excepting in certain instances where they
bestirred themselves in gleaning some loot. In some cases the police
present are alleged to have said that they had orders not to interfere
in such political demonstrations.
Mass butchery started with the early dawn of Saturday, while loot and
arson spread like wild fire all over the city. The police had let the
situation deteriorate till it was completely out of control and yet
military aid was not called for. The carnage continued for two more
days until the military took matters entirely into their own hands and
very large forces were employed in penetrating deep over a widespread
area. The situation was brought under control only after the direction
and control of affairs relating to law and order had virtually passed
out of the hands of the League Minister-in-charge of Law and Order,
Mr. H.S. Suhrawardy, and his henchmen in officialdom.
Iconoclasm is a face of barbarism in the name of God. Which divine
likes or dislikes icons or idols is a matter of opinion based on
imagination or inculcation. But one thing is certain, for anyone to
impose one opinion or the other is inhuman. My God is supreme as the
Ten Commandments ordain in the Old Testament. My God is the only god
and there can be no other god, the holy Quran contends. Both are
wrong. Simply because there flourished civilizations for long before
the holy Bible was penned and well before Prophet Muhammad had his
visions, which means that either there are other Gods or there is no god.
God or no god, it is desirable for men and women to switch off from
the material and to pray or meditate about the spiritual. To enable
ordinary people to focus on the spiritual, it is useful to provide
icons, idols or walls. A Hindu idol, a Parsee fire, a crucifix over an
altar for the Christian or a mimbar for the Muslim are helpful. For a
mimbar to claim that it is sacred but an idol is profane deserving to
be destroyed, is patently wrong. Similarly for an Imam to feel
fulfilled because a temple or a church has been desecrated is
reprehensible. For him to worship in a mandir so converted to a masjid
is more immoral.
Ignorant scholars often dismiss iconoclasm as being medieval; no point
in wasting discussion on what happened centuries ago. If that be so,
what is the need for pursuit of history which is always about
centuries past. Medieval history is not myth. Iconoclasm is equally
contemporary. A Buddha statue was destroyed at Swat in Pakistan as
recently as September 2007 (red letters). The tragic fate of the
Bamiyan Buddhas as late as 2001 is well known. The 20th century
especially in its latter half has witnessed hundreds of desecrations.
Unless the perpetrators are punished or retaliatory action taken, this
barbarism will continue to prevail.
The biggest on going crime is terrorism. Since October 2001, post
9/11, there have been 13 major bomb blasts in India which have
butchered hundreds of innocent people, women, children, ordinary
citizens et al. The officially reported figures are low because they
are announced soon after the incident and can only be based on dead
bodies found. Those that are not recorded are not taken into account.
What is shameful is that the acts of terrorism are seldom condemned by
Muslim leaders probably because they are looked upon as episodes in
jihad. How can anything sacred be condemned?

Apart from deHinduising Hindus Macaulayan education has distorted Hindu religion and history

Apart from deHinduising Hindus Macaulayan education has distorted Hindu religion and history. As per this education, Hindus never resisted any foreign aggression, and they do not have any glorious history. This education suppresses how Hindus valiantly fought invaders for several centuries, and defended their religion and motherland. Sanskrit which is the best, sweetest and divine language (bhashasu mukhya madhura divya geervaan bharati) has been driven out of Indian schools and colleges by Macaulay's education. With the exception of Tirukkural which is in Tamil, almost all ancient Hindu scriptures like Vedas, Upanishads, Ramayan, Mahabharat are in Sanskrit. The UPA has succeeded in persuading more state governments to accept the NCERT texts. A report on Monday (January 5, 2009) said 12 more state governments have accepted to teach NCERT texts in their schools. For the last four weeks the Organiser is carrying a series of articles on the NCERT textbooks prescribed for students at the primary, secondary and higher secondary schools. We have found these books written with a peculiar mindset, to denationalise and deculturise the young Indian. These books fail to make the children aware of their true heritage. These books seem to distort even India's freedom struggle, Mahatma Gandhi's role and try to divide the society into different caste and class segments. Their idea is to convince the children that India as a nation came to exist only after August 15, 1947. We request the parents, teachers, students and scholars to join this academic exercise to expose the shenanigans behind promotion of these books in Indian schools.—Editor Though as per classical Indian tradition, "Sa vidya ya vimuktaye", (that which liberates us is education), modern Indian education binds one to Macaulay's anti-Hindu world.
Missionary-oriented colonial education (commonly known as Macaulay's education) was introduced in India in 1835 by Lord Thomas Babington Macaulay (1800-1859), a British national, who as a member of the Supreme Council of India was in India from 1834 to 1838. Macaulay's 'Minute on Education' approved by Governor General William Bentinck on March 7, 1835 downgraded Indian languages including Sanskrit, and replaced them with English. Macaulayan education has no place for Hindu scriptures, Hindu heritage and Hindu history. It was introduced to de-Hinduise Hindus; and to make them respect British rule over India. Though education should generate self-discovery, Macaulay's education generates self-alienation among Hindus. How India's cultural traditions were demolished by Macaulay is clear from Macaulay's biographer GD Trevelyan's observation, "A new India was born in 1835. The very foundations of her ancient civilisation began to rock and sway. Pillar after pillar in the edifice came crashing down."
With the creation of Pakistan and Partition of India on religious lines in 1947, truncated Bharat was expected to re-assert its Hindu identity and liberate itself from Macaulay's hold. But tragically in 1947, fake secularism (which in actual practice means anti-Hinduism) was foisted on Bharat because of which Macaulayan education is still de-shaping Bharat's destiny long after the British left Indian shores.
DE-HINDUISING HINDUS
Macaulay had contempt for India's native Hindu culture. He wanted to de-Hinduise Hindus as is evident in his following letter dated October 12, 1836 to his evangelist father:
"Our English schools are flourishing wonderfully; we find it difficult to provide instruction to all. The effect of this education on Hindus is prodigious. No Hindu who has received an English education ever remains sincerely attached to his religion. It is my firm belief that if our plans of education are followed up, there will not be a single idolater among the respected classes 30 years hence. And this will be affected without our efforts to proselytise; I heartily rejoice in the prospect."
And how he wanted to proceed is seen from the following excerpt from his 1835 'Minute on Education':-
"We must at present do our best to form a class who may be interpreters between us and the millions whom we govern; a class of persons, Indian in blood and colour, but English in taste, in opinions, in morals, and in intellect."
Since Macaulayan education has no place either for Sanskrit or for Hindu scriptures like Vedas, Ramayana, Mahabharata, Tirukkural etc., it has de-Hinduised most of the Hindus and transformed them into brown English clones ignorant of Hindu religion, Hindu heritage and Hindu history. De-Hinduised by Macaulayan education, and brain washed by Macaulayan main stream media, most of Hindu intellectuals, bureaucrats, journalists, MBAs, business persons, doctors, lawyers, chartered accountants, engineers, teachers and the rest know nothing about Hindu religion; and do not know any Mantra of Vedas or any Shloka of Ramayana, Mahabharata or Tirukkural. Accordingly, most of the Hindus are self-alienated and indifferent to attacks being made on Hinduism by anti-Hindu forces.
DISTORTION OF HINDU RELIGION AND HISTORY
Apart from de-Hinduising Hindus, Macaulayan education has distorted Hindu religion and history. As per this education, Hindus never resisted any foreign aggression, and they do not have any glorious history. This education suppresses how Hindus valiantly fought invaders for several centuries, and defended their religion and motherland.
Hinduism is based on Vedas which are all embracing and permit no caste system or birth-based caste system. But to divide Hindu society, missionaries proclaim that Hindus follow a discriminatory birth-based caste system. Macaulayan education and Marxist historians encourage such anti-Hindu misconceptions.
In 1986, some attempts were made to modify Macaulay-ism. And during 1999 to 2004, HRD Minister Dr Murli Manohar Joshi tried his best to dislodge Macaulay's education. But after regaining power in 2004, Congress-led government has reinforced this education.
Though the Supreme Court approved 'National Curriculum Framework (NCF) 2000' was already in place, after regaining power in 2004, Congress-led government got NCF 2005 prepared. And though the National Policy on Education, 1986 emphasised spiritual development, value based education, Indology, Yoga and Sanskrit, NCF 2005 rejects all these sentiments.
Entire curriculum is guided by Karl Marx who had declared, "Indian society has no history at all, at least no known history".
GLORIFICATION OF INVADERS
In his book The Story of Civilization: Our Oriental Heritage, Will Durant (1885-1981), the American historian, calls Muslim rule in India as the bloodiest story in history.
As against this, history books issued by National Council of Educational Research and Training, and written by Marxists, glorify Muslim rule in Hindu Bharat; and downgrade Hindu heroes like Prithviraj Chauhan, Maharana Pratap and Chhatrapati Shivaji. These books falsify history and denigrate Hinduism. As per these books, Ramayana and Mahabharat are mere fictions; and Ram and Krishna did not exist.
Apart from acting as academic cheerleaders for terrorists, many leftist historians are deliberately distorting history to make it compatible with Marxism. They support the discredited Aryan Invasion Theory, and deny the existence of ancient river Saraswati.
Marxists' interpretation of Indian history is motivated, fictional, anti-Hindu, self-righteous and objectionable. Inspired by their anti-Hindu agenda, these sham historians fabricate history to defend the actions of Muslim invaders and rulers like Muhammad bin Qasim, Mahmud Ghazni, Mohammad Gouri, Feroz Tughlak, Allauddin Khilji, Taimur, Bahmanis, Babar, Aurangzeb, Nadir Shah, and Ahmadshah Abdali. They suppress the killings of millions of Hindus, and destruction of thousands of Hindu temples by Muslim invaders over the centuries.
They reject the existence of glorious Hindu past. They dub their detractors as communal, and downgrade genuine historians. And for presenting anti-Hindu fiction as history, these fake historians are rewarded with national and international awards, honours and acclamations.
BANISHMENT OF SANSKRIT
Sanskrit which is the best, sweetest and divine language (bhashasu mukhya madhura divya geervaan bharati) has been driven out of Indian schools and colleges by Macaulay's education. With the exception of Tirukkural which is in Tamil, almost all ancient Hindu scriptures like Vedas, Upanishads, Ramayan, Mahabharat are in Sanskrit. After banishing Sanskrit from education, Macaulayists call Sanskrit 'the dead language'. That shows their attitude towards Hinduism.
Ignorance of Sanskrit has made Hindus ignorant of their Sanskriti (culture), their religion, their heritage and their identity.
WAY OUT Ever since 1947, Macaulay's legacy has strengthened fake secularism. And fake secularism has brought disaster for Hindus in the shape of genocide and eviction of Hindus from Kashmir, Pak-Bangla combine's terrorist and demographic invasion to plant more Pakistans and Bangladeshs on Bharat's soil, and foreign-funded Christian missionary evangelisation by fraud and inducement. Moreover, Macaulayan curriculum has produced self-alienated Hindus who are indifferent to attacks on Hindus and Hinduism.
Accordingly, Hindus have to be liberated from Macaulayan education and spurious secularism. And to achieve this goal, 'secular India' has to be transformed into 'Hindu Bharat'.
Logically, in 1947, on India's Partition on religious basis and creation of Pakistan as demanded by Muslims, Bharat should have been declared a Hindu nation. But the problem can be solved even now by declaring Bharat a Hindu country. No one can object to Bharat being declared a Hindu nation when all the 57 Muslim-majority countries are declared as Islamic countries.
Hindu Bharat will have no place for anti-Hindu education as also for fake secularism.
Hindu Bharat will replace the current anti-Hindu education with a system that honours Hindu heritage, history and ethos. Besides, it will restore the dignity of Bharat's native languages. And since survival of Sanskrit is a must for survival of Hinduism, Hindu Bharat will revive Sanskrit and make it a regular subject in schools and colleges. And Hindu Bharat will ensure that its heritage and civilization survive.
Hindu Bharat will give justice to all and appease none. In Hindu Bharat, there will be one law and one nation; no distinction of majority and minority; and no discrimination, whatsoever, against any community.
Besides protecting Bharat's Hindu identity, Hindu Bharat will crush Pak-Bangla terrorist and demographic invasion, as also foreign-funded conversions.
Therefore, for the very survival of Hindus and Hinduism, all pro-Hindu individuals and organisations must work to transform India into a Hindu nation by all peaceful, constitutional and lawful means.
This is the only way to undo the colossal damage done by Macaulay to Hindus and Bharat.

More Muslims are urban than the National Average

More Muslims are urban than the National Average: India's population is predominantly rural. In 2001 only 27.8% lived in urban areas, cities and towns of various sizes, showing a low degree of urbanization. Moreover, the tempo of urbanization has been quite low after 1981, with only about two percentage points rise in the share of the urban population over each decade. The Muslim population is also predominantly rural, but the level of urbanization among them has been higher than the population as a whole. In 1961, while overall only 18.0% of the population lived in urban areas, 27.1% of the Muslim population did so. This substantial gap has persisted, and in 2001, when 35.7% of the Muslim population was urban compared to 27.8% of the overall population. In many states, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Chhattisgarh, the majority of Muslims live in urban areas. Muslims have generally been relatively more urbanized even in the past. By and large, India's Muslim population is less linked to land than the overall population. This is true even in rural areas. The 2001 census data show that whereas among all religions, 40 percent of rural workers were cultivators, among Muslims this figure was only 30 percent. Agricultural workers (cultivators and agricultural labourers combined) constituted 75 percent of rural workers overall but only 60 percent of Muslim rural workers. Experts believe that a number of historical factors lie behind the higher urbanization among Muslims in India. As mentioned above, nearly 36 percent of India’s Muslim population lives in urban areas and almost all them are slum dwellers. Due to poor educational standard, they have to satisfied with low-pay jobs and hence unable to afford better accommodation. The other reason is that the Muslims dislike to live with non-Muslim kafirs and hence they are increasingly resorting to live in congested ghettos across the country that lack proper sanitation and other public facilities like fresh water supply, sanitation, electricity, schools, public health facilities, banking facilities, roads, and transport facilities. This is more pronounced in communally sensitive towns and cities. At the same time, living in ghettos seems not to be advantageous for the Community for another reason. It makes them more isolated from the mainstream population that add to their backwardness.
